Group Activity: Presentation on CoPM Key Areas #
As part of the practical training for MPOB Code of Practice (CoPM) Lead Auditors, participants will engage in a structured group activity designed to enhance understanding of audit requirements across key operational areas of palm oil mills.
Activity Overview: #
- Participants will be divided into 5 groups.
- Each group will be assigned one (1) key topic related to the CoPM standard.
- A Group Leader will be appointed to coordinate task distribution and guide the discussion.
- A Speaker will be appointed (separate from the Leader) to present the group’s findings during the presentation session.

Instructions for Each Group: #
Each group is required to:
- Study and analyse the assigned topic by referring to the Codes of Practice (Second Edition) and compare it with Version 3 (WD6).
- Identify and summarise:
- The mandatory compliance requirements (Shall/Must) under the standard.
- Relevant supporting documents (e.g., maintenance records, test reports, SOPs).
- Any licenses, permits, or legal registrations required (e.g., MPOB License, Scheduled Waste Registration).
- Identification of competent personnel or responsible parties required by law or best practice.

- Prepare a 15-minute group presentation covering:
- An overview of the assigned topic
