MODULE 2: INTRODUCTION TO DOSH AND THE BASIS OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH LEGISLATION #
- Learning Outcome: The legislative power of DOSH before and after the amendment in Act 514 includes the Profile of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (JKKP or DOSH). Participants were also exposed to the main activity information of the DOSH under the main provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (Act 514) including amendments to 2022. In addition, participants will be explained of the effects of the Factory and Machinery (Repeal) Act 2022 especially law enforcement under the Factory and Machinery Act 1967.

MODULE 3: BASIC OSH MANAGEMENT IN SMIs #
- Learning Outcome: By the end of this presentation, Participants will understand the established duties of the Safety and Health Policy under Section 16 of OSHA 1994 as well as the obligation of the establishment of the Safety and Health Committee under Section 30 of OSHA 1994. Participants also need to know the obligation of notifications of accidents under section 32 of OSHA 1994 as well as the preparation of emergency action plans.

MODULE 5: AN INTRODUCTION TO OCCUPATIONAL (WORK-RELATED) ILLNESS #
