Program Code: TP94
Type of Program: Non-competency training program
Training Outline
Acknowledgment
ISCC is a globally applicable sustainability certification system and covers all sustainable feedstocks, including agricultural and forestry biomass, circular and bio-based materials, and renewables.
The certification scheme provides sustainability solutions for fully traceable and deforestation-free supply chains. ISCC’s objectives are to contribute to the implementation of environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable production and use of all kinds of biomass in global supply chains
Training program overview
The internal audit program will focus on evaluating the implementation of ISCC requirements, targeting the supply-chain elements for the company to obtain or maintain its certification. This includes ensuring ecological sustainability, social sustainability, compliance with laws and international treaties, monitoring of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and good management practices.
The program also emphasizes understanding the new RED II, which is compulsory for compliance in the auditing process. The program has been designed to adapt the assessment process from ISCC and to be tailor-made to suit the organization’s established ISCC system
Training Objectives
